James “Jim” Andrews, Empath Health director of spiritual care, says that whether or not you make resolutions, the passing of another year is a significant event.

“This is a time to reflect on the past and imagine forward into the future. It invites us to savor the milestone moments and ponder the questions that our lives have presented. It challenges us to ‘correct the course’ where needed, reaffirm and recommit to core values, imagine new adventures and dream new dreams,” Jim said.

Best wishes to you and yours for a Happy & Healthy 2015.
