Floridians enjoy more blue skies and sunshine than many others on this continent. There is something bracing about waking to a bright, sunny day which seems to lift our spirits and brighten our perspective. On this rainy, overcast Monday morning, however, we recognize the beauty and importance of these times as well. Mornings where the grit and grime of yesterday is washed clean and there is a respite from the heat of the sun.
May we welcome into our lives both the sunshine and the rain, knowing that both feed our souls and help us grow.
