Our sense of peaceful well-being does not have to depend on all of our circumstances aligning in our favor. One spiritual writer expresses it like this, “Ego says, ‘Once everything falls into place, I’ll feel peace.’ Spirit says, ‘Find your peace, and then everything will fall into place.’” Whether things are going our way or not, may we be centered and grounded in a deep and abiding peace which enables us to respond with grace and integrity.
