Executive Director, Suncoast Hospice Foundation
Every one of us can make a real difference in our world, in our community. Helping those in need of compassionate care in Tampa Bay can be one of the greatest gifts you’ll make.
On May 3, please join Give Day Tampa Bay by donating to local charities that you love and support. By giving to Suncoast Hospice Foundation, you’ll help support the wide network of care provided by Empath Health, including the care of Suncoast Hospice.
Contributions to Empath Health directly impact people in our community at many of the most vulnerable moments in their lives. Because of generous donors like you, patients who aren’t insured, who need more than insurance will cover or who have needs outside of their medical conditions will receive quality care, compassion and support. They will be given hope and relieved of fear. And their families also will be supported in these journeys.
Your support can provide:
· Personal items of need
· Palliative, home health and hospice care
· Care for beloved pets when patients can no longer care for them
· Services and support for those affected by HIV or other chronic illness
Every day, lives are changed in our entire community because people care to help others through difficult times. Even today we’re caring for a person living in a homeless shelter and helping young people and their families deal with life-threatening illnesses.
You can give in many ways to our foundation at any time including:
· Support for care
· Donations to our three resale shoppes
· Volunteering time and talents
· Planned or deferred gifts
· Gifts of homes, automobiles and other assets
Giving to Empath Health isn’t just about dollars – it’s about how you directly impact others and changing their lives for the better every day.
Thank you for giving. Thank you for caring. Thank you for changing the world.
